About the role

Senior Product Manager role within the Access Management and Governance (AMG) team at Microsoft Security, focusing on enterprise access control across Microsoft Entra including Entra ID Governance, Privileged Identity Management, tenant governance, Workload ID, and Entra Agent ID. Responsible for defining product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for security and identity-related products and services, partnering with cross-functional teams, engaging customers, and driving adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for security and identity-related products and services.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, research, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative customer-facing solutions.
  • Engage customers and partners to understand needs, validate scenarios, gather feedback, and inform product decisions.
  • Translate customer, market, and business opportunities into clear product requirements and execution plans.
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes.
  • Prioritize investments and features based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic goals.
  • Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and communicate results and impact to leadership.
  • Support go-to-market efforts by partnering with marketing, sales, and business teams to drive adoption and customer success.
  • Identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges across security, identity, governance, compliance, access management, and related technology domains.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, customer obsession, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Adopt an AI first mindset and implement AI tools as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development - OR equivalent experience.
