About the role

Microsoft Tomoh Apprenticeship is a paid six-month program for Emiratis to accelerate employability through early-in-profession recruitment, mentoring, and on-the-job training in Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Position Microsoft solutions effectively through market research, industry insight, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Learn Microsoft cloud technologies and how they support customer digital transformation journeys.
  • Identify customer and market needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop appropriate solutions.
  • Support pipeline development and territory planning activities.
  • Contribute to customer engagements and relationship-building opportunities.
  • Develop technical and commercial knowledge through mentorship, training, and hands-on experience.
  • Work across Microsoft teams and partner ecosystems to support customer success and business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Emirati National holding UAE Family Book.
  • Fluency in English.
  • You must be legally authorised to work in UAE (citizenship or valid visa/work permit).
  • Currently pursuing/completed a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, or related field.
