About the role

Microsoft Tomoh Apprenticeship is a paid six-month training program for Emirati talent, combining onboarding, skilling, and on-the-job training to prepare participants for technology advisory roles and digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Generates business insights based on data from customers and internal teams to inform planning processes.
  • Assists in creating fundamental, technical roadmaps outlining the digital transformation journey and core wins; builds engagement or enablement plans, captures baseline, and drives envisioning.
  • Applies understanding of customer business objectives and scenarios to map through sales plays with IPS or Microsoft solution areas.
  • Responds to opportunities, creates demand, and reports issues experienced by customers.
  • Provides support to drive account planning for budgeting, quota attainment, and consumption goals; coordinates account teams and conducts forecasting and tracking of the business; executes tasks related to the technical portion of account plans.

Qualifications

  • Emirati National holding UAE Family Book
  • Emirati nationality
  • Legally authorized to work in UAE
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or related field
