About the role

Microsoft Tomoh Apprenticeship in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) is a paid six-month program designed to accelerate Emiratis' employability through onboarding, skilling, on-the-job training, mentoring, and exposure to cross-functional business management tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Support business operations, planning, logistics, and Rhythm of Business (RoB) activities.
  • Assist with budget management, headcount administration, and financial tracking.
  • Coordinate business continuity, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop communications, presentations, reports, and leadership updates.
  • Support team culture, capability-building, and organisational health initiatives.
  • Contribute to special projects and programme execution in a dynamic business environment.

Qualifications

  • Emirati National holding UAE Family Book.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Legally authorised to work in UAE (citizenship or valid visa/work permit).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, or related field.
