Responsibilities

  • Contribute to business-critical initiatives in Microsoft Security
  • Require deep technical skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new areas
  • Improve the end-to-end lifecycle of services
  • Analyze complex system behavior, and apply modern engineering practices to streamline deployments and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across Microsoft to deliver key customer solutions and support technology
  • Leverage AI and AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development, automate routine tasks, and improve code quality, while exploring AI integration opportunities into services you build

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of professional hands-on software development experience, backend services in cloud or on-premises
  • Proven hands-on frontend development experience with modern libraries/frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
  • Experience taking initiative, mapping product/feature requirements, dependencies, and deliverables
