About the role

Principal Product Manager responsible for defining and delivering AI-native security experiences within Microsoft Agentic Security, leading cross-organizational programs, and driving adoption and operational excellence across engineering, security research, design, and data science teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product strategy, vision, and roadmap for key areas of Microsoft Agentic Security.
  • Define and deliver AI-native security experiences that combine reasoning, action, and human oversight.
  • Partner with engineering, security research, design, and data science teams to translate emerging technologies into customer value.
  • Lead the operational readiness model deliverables, including release governance, risk management, quality reviews, incident learning, and executive readiness processes that enable consistent and predictable delivery at scale

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development - OR equivalent experience.
