About the role

Join the Microsoft Turing team to build and scale AI-powered features for Microsoft 365 Copilot, delivering enterprise-grade AI infrastructure and capabilities at scale. Role involves end-to-end work from backend platform to user-facing capabilities on one of Microsoft’s high-visibility AI products. Based at the Redmond campus with a 3 days in-office / 2 days remote schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with applied scientists and engineers on designing and building both backend platform capabilities and core Copilot scenarios aimed at delighting our customers.
  • Design and deliver scalable, high-performance features that power next-generation AI experiences.
  • Define architecture, implementation plans, ensure robustness and solid test coverage, and improve processes to contribute to our best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
