About the role

Product leader role owning high-impact bets end-to-end, combining discovery with execution, to drive commercial impact at Fyxer.

Own discovery through delivery for our most important product bets, from early ambiguity to validated direction to launched product
Work directly with engineers and founders from the start of any initiative as the accountable product owner, not a coordinator
Frame the problem, define the hypothesis, and choose the fastest route to signal: interviews, prototypes, fake doors, experiments, or just shipping and measuring
Translate messy qualitative and quantitative signals into clear product direction, then drive that direction through to execution
Set success metrics, make the call on when there's enough signal to build, and own the outcome either way
Embed structured learning loops into how we operate so insight compounds over time
Raise the bar of product thinking across the team: coach others, introduce lightweight frameworks, and get the whole company closer to customers
You will be the senior product voice on our most important initiatives, embedded from day one with real authority over what we build and why
Operate at speed to generate signal quickly, make informed decisions, and ship fast
Move fluidly across the full product lifecycle, from user interviews to implementation with engineers
Significant autonomy with strong judgment, clear communication, and ownership of outcomes
Design the right setup for tools and processes to move faster and generate better signal

You are a full-stack product thinker
Outcome owner: connect user behaviour to funnels, retention, and revenue; think in bets and expected value; accountable to results
Discovery-strong: fluent across qualitative research, behavioural insight, and experimentation; generate strong signal quickly and choose the right method
Engineering partner: collaborate with engineers to translate insight into crisp framing and practical tradeoffs
Decision oriented: know when there is enough signal to move; ship and learn rather than wait for perfect
Force multiplier: build repeatable systems for discovery and decision-making that outlast a single project
