About the role

Warehouse Associate at Ro, responsible for picking/packing, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, maintaining inventory, and supporting inbound/outbound logistics at the Torrance, CA facility.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory
  • Package and ship patient orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company SOPs
  • Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Receive and inspect inbound inventory and ensure accurate stocking of materials
  • Perform regular inventory cycle counts and assist in reconciliation processes
  • Monitor supply levels during daily operations and report low stock to team leads or management
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across all warehouse areas
  • Collaborate with warehouse team members to complete daily tasks and meet shipping deadlines
  • Follow established workflows and operational protocols to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members to ensure a smooth and coordinated workflow
  • Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leads

Qualifications

  • Forklift experience required
  • Long periods of standing, must be able to bend at the waist and knee, occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality control
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to learn and take direction, with a positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
