About the role

Talent Partner at Anima Health, a hybrid London-based role focused on building and scaling a high-performing recruiting function to support rapid growth in personalised medicine.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end hiring pipeline for all open roles
  • Configure and manage Ashby ATS with consistent stages, scorecards, interview plans, and reporting
  • Triage applications and move top candidates to first conversations within 48 hours
  • Train and empower hiring managers to run a written playbook and maximize fit and speed
  • Develop and manage direct outbound, referrals, third-party recruiters, events, community presence, and inbound sourcing channels
  • Close senior candidates with high offer acceptance rates through compelling sell plans and creative strategies
  • Build and maintain a compounding hiring engine with live dashboards and analytics
  • Conduct 90-day reviews on hires and capture data for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Experience sourcing and hiring technical roles in high-technical-bar environments
  • Excellent written communication and ability to write effective cold outbound messages
  • Experience standing up and running a hiring function with an ATS (Ashby)
  • Proven track record closing senior candidates against competing offers
  • Experience selecting and managing third-party search partners
  • Comfort with numbers and building dashboards and reporting for hiring analytics
