About the role

Role focused on owning and optimizing one of the processes that ensures cashback and offers are correctly tracked and paid to millions of Joko users. Combines data analysis, process design, AI-enabled problem solving, and project management in a high-stakes, technical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse data. You'll build dashboards to monitor health of your part of the system: tracked transactions, breakdowns, and user experience impact.
  • Design the process. Decide merchant setup on the platform: cashback rates, qualifying purchases, and integration points.
  • Solve problems with technology. Investigate and fix issues (e.g., misleading coupons, mismatched card purchases) using AI, internal tools (Retool), or outsourcing with a defined playbook.
  • Manage outsourced resources. Brief, train, and supervise outsourced team members to scale operations while prioritizing issues.
  • Partner cross-functionally. Collaborate with Product & Engineering for structural fixes and with the commercial team for merchant relationships.

Qualifications

  • Top-tier engineering or business school background.
  • International experience and a double degree are a clear plus.
  • Languages: fluent in written and spoken English; mastering French not required.
