About the role

Sales Director responsible for owning the revenue growth strategy for Charlotte, leading the local revenue teams (Account Executives and BDRs), building scalable processes, and elevating Wayflyer’s regional profile while collaborating cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Own the revenue growth strategy for Charlotte and lead the team locally to execute on this
  • Run performance across our revenue teams, setting a high bar and exceeding it
  • Analyse revenue and attainment data closely enough to catch underperformance before it becomes a pattern
  • Build the sales processes and frameworks that will enable our next phase of growth
  • Help to build and elevate Wayflyer's profile in the region
  • Work closely with underwriting, product, partnerships, finance, and marketing, because revenue doesn't operate in a silo
  • You’ll have second line management responsibility, and you’ll build a culture where high performance is the norm, not the exception
  • Set the tone for the Charlotte office as our most senior leader on the ground
