About the role

Azure-focused Principal Technical Product Manager in the Cloud+AI Microsoft Specialized Clouds team, responsible for turning problems into scalable sovereign cloud capabilities, partnering with engineering, and delivering secure, compliant, zero-trust by default solutions for public sector and regulated customers.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: translate customer needs into scalable capabilities, tools, and processes; gather signals from customers and sales; lead requirements workshops; advise on solution design and deployment; synthesize customer and market insights to drive prioritization and ROI; collaborate across engineering and business stakeholders.
  • Architecture: mature cloud architecture, identify design optimization opportunities, ensure scalable cloud.
  • Communications: establish and maintain regular communications about cloud status and upcoming developments; conduct insightful conversations with senior business and technical decision makers inside and outside Microsoft.
  • Team Collaboration: align stakeholders on a shared vision; collaborate with PMs, Developers, and internal teams; influence across a large, diverse organization to expand Azure across international boundaries.
  • Cultural Leadership: lead cultural initiatives, positively impacting team morale and fostering inclusion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
