About the role

Account Executive Intern role at Microsoft Belgium (Zaventem). Six-month full-time paid internship starting January 2027. You will develop and oversee account plans for multiple accounts, engage internal teams to accelerate customer digital transformation, and drive high-volume sales aligned with goals, budgets, and forecasts.

Responsibilities

  • You seek feedback from customers to understand the drivers of satisfaction and establish action plans to improve their overall experience.
  • Develops an understanding of the customer's business and technology needs for top priorities for assigned accounts. If industry aligned, also learns about the customer's industry.
  • You orchestrate extended virtual teams and key stakeholders to engage decision makers of assigned accounts. You share and recommend Microsoft solutions to customers, and develop value-proposition presentations and specialized business plans for customers that drive business outcomes to generate business and upsells.
  • You develop strategies to secure buy-in and execution of plans and aim to identify new opportunities within assigned accounts.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field
  • You must be legally authorised to work in Belgium at the time of application and for the duration of this paid internship. (Legally authorised = holder of Belgian, EU/EEA or Swiss citizenship, or already in possession of a valid visa and/or work permit permitting work in Belgium.)
  • Fluency in English is required, together with fluency in either French or Dutch.
