About the role

Senior Product Manager focused on Cloud+AI Microsoft Specialized Clouds, partnering with engineering to define capabilities for sovereign cloud offerings, addressing data residency, control, resilience, and transparency for public sector and regulated customers within Azure.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: translate customer needs into scalable capabilities, tools, and processes; partner with customers and sales to gather signals, run requirements workshops, and advise on solution design and deployment; synthesize customer and market insights to drive prioritization and alignment with Microsoft strategy; collaborate across engineering and business stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Architecture: mature cloud architecture, identify opportunities for design optimization, and ensure cloud scalability.
  • Communications: establish and maintain regular communications about cloud status and upcoming developments; engage with senior business and technical decision makers inside and outside Microsoft.
  • Team Collaboration: align stakeholders on a shared vision; work with PMs, Developers, and internal teams; influence across a large, diverse organization to drive action for expanding Azure across international boundaries.
  • Cultural Leadership: lead cultural initiatives, positively impacting team morale and fostering inclusion

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years’ experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  • Or equivalent experience.
