About the role

Finance BI Analyst for Pairs growth, collaborating with Finance and Group-wide data initiatives to build forecasting models, perform risk & opportunity analysis, and implement a common financial data platform with Match Group.

Responsibilities

  • Finance Teamと連携しForecast Modelの構築・運用
  • Risk & Opportunity Analysisを通じた、戦略への提言
  • Product / Marketing Initiativeの設計・分析・効果検証（A/B Testing, Causal Inference)
  • Match Groupと連携しFinancial Databaseの実装・運用

Qualifications

  • Financial Planning and Analysisの経験
  • データ分析で意思決定に影響を与えた経験
  • 複雑な問題解決に対する熱意
  • チーム横断でのプロジェクト推進経験
  • ビジネスレベル以上の日本語能力（N1相当）
  • ビジネスレベル以上の英語能力（CEFR B2相当）
  • Engineering Skill(SQL, data pipeline) に対する向上心。今のSkill Levelは不問
