About the role

Business Systems Specialist to support enterprise applications (Salesforce, NetSuite, Certinia PSA, Atlassian, and related systems) in a hybrid, Mexico City role.

Responsibilities

  • - Manage the front line of the Jira Service Management queue: acknowledge, categorize, prioritize, and route requests; resolve within scope and provide escalations with symptoms, affected users, troubleshooting, findings, and ruled-out items.
  • - Execute approved access requests across Salesforce, NetSuite, Certinia, Atlassian, and related platforms: manage roles, permission sets, groups, licenses; onboarding and offboarding using checklists; ensure approvals and audit evidence.
  • - Monitor scheduled jobs, integrations, and synchronization processes across Boomi, Salesforce, and NetSuite; investigate errors using runbooks; escalate when outside scope or unresolved.
  • - Improve support experience via documentation: create/maintain knowledge articles, how-to guides, and runbooks in Confluence; develop self-service resources; keep system ownership records and contact matrices up to date.

Qualifications

  • - At least 2 years of experience in IT support, application support, service desk, or business systems operations.
  • - Hands-on experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar CRM/ERP.
  • - Working knowledge of ITSM practices (prioritization, SLAs, escalation, incident vs service request).
  • - Systematic troubleshooting: information gathering, hypothesis testing, documentation, escalation when needed.
  • - Strong written communication; ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • - Reliability and composure in interruption-driven environments.
  • - Curiosity, initiative, ability to research issues and share findings.
  • - Ability to work across time zones and coordinate handoffs with distributed team.
