About the role

Senior Product Designer to design across Popl's web and mobile platforms, contribute to design system and processes, and drive user-focused improvements in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design across web and mobile: end-to-end design for web dashboard and mobile app.
  • Design Systems: build and maintain component libraries for Web and Mobile to ensure visual consistency.
  • Design Operations: strengthen design processes, define quality bars, introduce design QA practices.
  • Simplify Complex Workflows: translate complex B2B workflows into intuitive user experiences for new and existing products.
  • Talk to Customers: conduct lightweight user research, usability testing, customer interviews, and review live calls as needed.
  • Promote a Strong Product Culture: advocate for design excellence across the company and help build a strong product culture.

Qualifications

  • 4+ Years Experience (Startup Focused)
  • Web & Mobile Fluency
  • Figma Power User
  • Strong Product Sense
  • Excellent Communicator
  • Agency: self-driven with ownership and minimal oversight
