About the role

Launch Trainers deliver onboarding and ongoing coaching for dental practices to adopt and optimize digital dentistry workflows, combining virtual and in-person training with measurable outcome-driven support.

Responsibilities

  • Lead new practices through onboarding and ramp-up sessions (virtual and on-site).
  • Deliver engaging training tailored to each practice’s learning style.
  • Demonstrate best practices in intraoral scanning and digital workflows with hands-on coaching.
  • Build credibility and clinical trust to drive early adoption.
  • Own each launch and ensure key milestones from day one.
  • Provide ongoing coaching post-launch to refine workflows and overcome adoption barriers.
  • Monitor early scan quality and provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify gaps in product usage and perform targeted follow-ups to close them.
  • Conduct First Case Monitoring sessions to reinforce best practices and ensure order success.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support to improve the customer journey.
  • Recognize early wins and build practice confidence and momentum.

Qualifications

  • Experience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies in a practice environment (iTero or Trios strongly preferred).
  • Hands-on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows.
  • Excellent teaching and facilitation skills with ability to simplify technical concepts and drive behavior change.
  • Clear, confident communicator with outstanding virtual presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with empathy and remote trust-building.
  • Highly organized and accountable with a track record of owning outcomes and follow-through.
  • Quick learner, tech-savvy, adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Organized and efficient at managing multiple trainings, follow-ups, and customer touchpoints.
  • Persuasive and supportive coach, skilled in encouraging behavior change and driving adoption.
