About the role

Digital Enterprise Sales (DES) focuses on delivering AI/Cloud-based solutions to French Enterprise OR Public Sector customers, driving Modern Work and AI narratives, with cross-functional collaboration and partner co-selling. The role emphasizes solution sales expertise within enterprise accounts, stakeholder engagement, and achieving sales targets through digital-first strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution: collaborate with virtual team members end-to-end to identify customer business needs and contribute to solution development; proactively build an external stakeholder network to accelerate and close Modern Work opportunities.
  • Business Value Selling: deepen and broaden Microsoft’s relationships with Customer Business Decision Makers; hunt new Modern Work opportunities by engaging with key business contacts, understand priorities, governance, budgeting, and articulate value proposition of Modern Work solutions.
  • Scaling and Collaboration: collaborate with internal partners on planning, orchestration and execution of Modern Work opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Technical Expertise: initiate conversations with Modern Work Business Decision Makers, share best practices and competitor knowledge; act as SME to advise pursuit or withdrawal decisions.
  • Sales Excellence: collaborate with partners and resources to plan for accounts, conduct compete planning, forecasting, and business analysis to target high-potential customers and manage Modern Work solutions across accounts.

Qualifications

  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills in French AND English.
  • Technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience OR equivalent experience
