About the role

We build Microsoft Purview capabilities that help customers protect data, govern AI, investigate security risks, and drive secure AI adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategy, roadmap priorities, and investment decisions aligned with customer needs, business objectives, and organizational goals.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives by aligning engineering and partner teams around clear priorities, outcomes, dependencies, and execution plans.
  • Represent the voice of the customer by leveraging customer feedback, market insights, competitive analysis, and data to inform product direction and prioritization.
  • Establish success metrics, monitor product and business outcomes, and drive data-informed decisions to maximize customer and organizational impact.
  • Influence across teams and leadership through clear communication, sound judgment, and operational excellence, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
