About the role

Senior technical leader focusing on customer/partner outcomes, solution architecture, and cross-solution opportunities in cloud and AI from a customer-centric perspective. On-site role in Taipei, Taiwan.

Responsibilities

  • Delivers solutions in line with company methodologies, ensuring proven practices and patterns are followed to prepare complex customers for operational readiness and achievement of their business goals and targets.
  • Proactively identifies and anticipates new cross-solution opportunities for Consumption, Usage & Unified expansion at scale.
  • Strategically consults with and guides customers/partners, building trust and advocating for alternative architectures/solutions to meet business needs.
  • Anticipates, escalates, and mitigates blockers to accelerate deployment and value realization.
  • Orchestrates cross-team collaboration across Microsoft and customer/partner teams to achieve objectives and increase satisfaction.
  • Drives customer-centric engagement, ensuring a seamless and connected customer experience and value realization.
  • Proactively communicates customer insights to Engineering, Product, and Delivery teams to influence roadmaps and prioritization.
  • Leads and mentors teams (including virtual teams) leveraging Microsoft architectures and competitive context.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 7+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 12+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years experience in a customer-facing role.
  • 6+ years experience leading technical projects.
  • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) or security certifications.
