About the role

Cloud Solution Architect specializing in AI Business Process (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and/or Copilot Studio) to guide customers through architectural design, implementation, and operational health engagements, helping them leverage Microsoft AI investments for performance and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Satisfaction: Drive positive Customer Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor by leveraging AI Business Process expertise to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes.
  • Customer Insights: Provide feedback and insights from customers back to the relevant Microsoft teams to enable continuous improvement.
  • Consumption & Usage growth: Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by communicating AI Business Process value to decision makers and drive usage and value from Microsoft technology investments via advisory, performance efficiency, and organizational/operational excellence.
  • Resolution of Customer Blockers: Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging deep knowledge of AI Business Process solutions and leading technical conversations to drive value from MS investments; deliver work per Microsoft best practices and repeatable IP.
  • Learn It All: Demonstrate self-learning mindset and align skilling to team demands and Customer Success goals.
  • Accelerate customer outcomes: Engage with communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-use, and accelerate transformation journey.
  • Embodies culture and values

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience?
