About the role

Lead a team of solution engineers to help customers adopt frontier AI and cloud technologies, designing end-to-end cloud/AI solutions, guiding strategic initiatives, and shaping global strategies and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Enable and empower your team to develop deep technical expertise, share insights with internal stakeholders, and serve as respected technology leaders across the organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by using broad industry, technical, and professional knowledge to assess customer needs, including security, and guide solution decisions.
  • Orchestrate team resources and coach the team to maximize the impact of customer engagements through global capacity planning, prioritization, and effective utilization of tools and programs.
  • Lead the design and delivery of innovative end to end Microsoft solutions, including complex demonstrations and proof of concept activities, ensuring clear success criteria and next steps for deployment.
  • Drive global strategy by identifying technical and business trends, consolidating patterns from customer blockers, and contributing insights that influence offerings and partner models.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 8+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 10+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
  • 5+ years people management experience (including leading virtual teams).
