About the role

Deployment Strategist responsible for growing ARR within strategic distributor accounts (> $5B annual revenue) by owning executive relationships, identifying high-value workflows for Augie, building ROI cases, scoping pilots, and turning pilots into recurring revenue. Role involves shaping playbooks, collaborating with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Product, and contributing to product roadmap through customer insight.

Responsibilities

  • Own ARR expansion across your accounts against an annual growth target
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite and VP leaders in purchasing, operations, logistics, sales, and IT
  • Map each customer's workflows and find where Augie creates the most value next
  • Build financial models and ROI cases that your champions can defend to their CFO
  • Scope pilots and lead them to production with our Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Leads, and Product team
  • Run executive business reviews and working sessions, onsite and remote
  • Bring customer insight back to Product and help shape the roadmap
  • Document what works and turn it into a repeatable strategic-accounts playbook

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate development, enterprise sales, or a founder role
  • A track record of owning senior client relationships and driving measurable outcomes
  • Strongly analytical; you build models, work with messy data, and turn findings into clear decisions
  • A second-order thinker. You connect today's priorities to long-term account strategy
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and with a product that changes fast
  • Credible with executives, personable, and easy to work with
  • Willing to travel to customer sites and industry events
