About the role

Head of Product responsible for unifying consumer app, subscription, enterprise API, and partner integrations into one coherent product managed predominantly by an agent-powered product organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product architecture to make Citizen one cohesive product with clear paths and a system agents can build from.
  • Lead the core product: signups, activation, map, incident experience, live video, alerts, and retention loops.
  • Own the subscription business: pricing, packaging, trials, upgrade paths, and checkout.
  • Oversee Enterprise, API, and partners: how customers go from signed to live, API packaging/pricing, and integrations.
  • Define metrics and forecasting: conversion, plan mix, retention, enterprise expansion; defend and explain variance.
  • Lead experimentation: end-to-end test program across surfaces with rigorous guardrails and analysis.
  • Build and manage the agent team to carry PM work end-to-end; this is the core mechanism for velocity.
  • Foster partnerships: daily collaboration with Founder/CEO, product designer, engineering, Finance, Sales, Real-Time Operations, and agents.

Qualifications

  • Experience product leader for a consumer product with an active subscription business.
  • Proven ability to make a sprawling product coherent and faster through systematization.
  • Strong quantitative skills: build models, configure tests, read results, and detect misleading data.
  • Willingness to work in-person in New York City and partner closely with founder.
  • Track record of leading product under a one-person-with-agents model is a plus.
