About the role

Senior Payroll Specialist to lead payroll delivery for Australian and New Zealand (ANZ) EOR customers, owning complex end-to-end ANZ payroll processes, maintaining controls, and mentoring payroll specialists within Rippling's Global Payroll Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own complex EOR payroll processing for Australia and New Zealand, including inputs, approvals, corrections, off-cycle payments, statutory payroll outputs, post-payroll review, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Australian and New Zealand end-to-end payroll processing and complex escalations, including audits, notices, disputes, ATO/IRD queries and employee-facing payroll issue resolution.
