About the role

Global Events Manager responsible for building and running Hawk's in-person and digital marketing events program, owning pipeline, revenue, and brand goals in key regions with end-to-end event management.

Responsibilities

  • In-person events: Build and maintain longlist of third-party conferences, sponsorships and speaking opportunities; plan and run roundtables and executive dinners; lead planning and delivery of customer summits; manage pre-event process including goals, budgeting, contracts, staffing, booth/stand design, collateral and shipping; ensure on-site delivery; oversee post-event follow-up and nurture; maintain clear communication with stakeholders; partner with Sales on target lists and lead handoff; work with Marketing Operations on post-event reporting; travel to US and larger EMEA and APAC events.
  • Digital events: Build and run webinar program end-to-end; plan topics and recruit speakers; collaborate on webinar themes and co-hosted webinars; manage webinar platform and tooling; track registration, attendance, engagement, and pipeline; pilot new digital formats

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years managing B2B marketing events, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or related enterprise software
  • Experience running both in-person events and digital events end-to-end
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple events on budget and deadline
  • Experience with event and webinar tooling and marketing automation/CRM platforms (HubSpot)
  • Vendor and budget management including contract negotiation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to represent Hawk to customers and prospects
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, global team (US and Europe)
