About the role

BDR role supporting Account Executives in the UK/EMEA, focusing on outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and building pipeline for 1Password security solutions in a hybrid London-based capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Use artificial intelligence (AI)-driven sales tools and modern prospecting platforms to work efficiently and engage prospects thoughtfully.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria and build a sustainable pipeline.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and provide focused day-to-day support to Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect activity and follow-up in the CRM.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows when relevant.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing partners while participating in ongoing coaching, training, and enablement.

Qualifications

  • You do not need prior sales experience to be successful in this role. We value transferable experience, coachability, and a willingness to learn.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in phone, email, and written conversations.
  • Demonstrate strong prospecting and cold-calling skills, with the ability to engage new contacts respectfully.
  • Show resilience, organization, and consistency in a high-volume outbound environment.
  • Respond openly to coaching and apply feedback to improve performance.
  • Manage multiple prospect interactions while maintaining accurate and organized records.
