About the role

Senior strategic role leading large healthcare customer partnerships, coordinating executive stakeholders, and driving adoption, renewal, and expansion of AI-enabled patient journey solutions in healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

  • Guide complex relationships from launch through adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Define customer goals, success measures, risks, growth opportunities, and ROI plans.
  • Build trust across executive, operational, clinical, and technology stakeholders.
  • Coordinate governance, decisions, timelines, and workstreams across Assort and the customer.
  • Translate customer needs into clear feedback for Implementation, Product, and Engineering.
  • Travel up to 25% for executive meetings, presentations, and onsite partnership work.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in healthcare or health tech.
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Implementation, or related strategic role.
  • Experience owning complex accounts across adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, patient access, and provider organizations.
  • Strong executive communication and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Experience leading programs across multiple teams, priorities, and workstreams.
  • Strong product aptitude, sound judgment, and comfort working independently.
