About the role

Senior HR Service Advisor in the New Hire Onboarding (Employee Data) team responsible for end-to-end onboarding execution from offer acceptance through Day 1 across APAC, IMEA, ANZ, and Korea, including data validation across systems and payroll input submission, with focus on controls, automation, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end new hire onboarding execution from offer acceptance through Day 1, ensuring milestones are completed within expected timelines and service standards for assigned countries.
  • Validate and reconcile employee data across systems (e.g., Employee Central, SAP, CRM, workflow/tracking tools) to ensure accuracy and consistency of records.
  • Prepare and submit payroll inputs to appropriate payroll teams/vendors for supported countries, ensuring inputs meet local requirements and are submitted ahead of payroll cut-offs for correct first-pay processing.
  • Investigate discrepancies and exceptions, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and drive remediation plans in partnership with manager and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with recruiting, payroll, vendors, and internal People Operations partners to clarify ownership, manage dependencies, and ensure timely resolution and proactive communications.
  • Maintain audit readiness and strong controls by documenting actions, ensuring process traceability, following procedures, and protecting data privacy.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and automate onboarding and payroll input activities using low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps).

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in Operations, Customer Support, HR Shared Services, Employee Data, or a customer-facing operations role.
