About the role

Cloud Solution Architect focused on transforming customer/partner problems into Microsoft-based solutions, delivering value through disciplined governance, strategic engagement, and scalable architectures with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Operates according to required operational excellence and proven practice standards throughout all sales stages/activities/tools of record with minimal guidance from more experienced peers.
  • Collaborates across Microsoft and customer/partner teams to achieve objectives and increase satisfaction.
  • Identifies, escalates, and mitigates blockers to accelerate deployment and usage/consumption.
  • Delivers solutions aligned with company methodologies and guides customers toward well-architected, secure, resilient, cost- and performance-optimized outcomes.
  • Identifies opportunities for Consumption, Usage & Unified expansion at scale based on business value and Microsoft value proposition.
  • Communicates customer feedback to Engineering/Product teams and helps shape roadmaps and reusable content.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
