About the role

Senior IC role in Microsoft’s Cloud Solution Architecture with a focus on AI-driven Copilot Studio solutions, Factory delivery, and customer success across global engagements. Hands-on technical leadership spanning design, build, production, and issue resolution to accelerate customer adoption and drive value from Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Customer Transformation & Business Growth: Drive complex customer engagements by delivering strategically aligned solutions, accelerating adoption, optimizing architectures for security, resilience, AI, cost, and performance, and identifying opportunities to expand Microsoft services, consumption, and business value.
  • Act as a Trusted Executive Advisor: Build relationships with technical and business decision-makers up to the C-suite, translate customer challenges into business-focused solutions, influence adoption strategies, and serve as the voice of the customer to help shape Microsoft products and priorities.
  • Drive Partner & Ecosystem Success: Lead collaboration with partners and sales teams to uncover strategic opportunities, support complex pre-sales engagements, develop scalable partner offerings, and influence partner investments and adoption of Microsoft technologies.
  • Provide Organizational & Technical Leadership: Mentor and develop others, lead virtual teams, contribute to frameworks and intellectual property, influence product and process improvements, share industry expertise, and drive innovation that scales customer success across Microsoft and the broader technology community.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Play a pivotal role in the AI Cloud Accelerate Factory, providing technical enablement, operational support, and strategic engagement across customer projects. Facilitate scalable delivery through strong technical program management utilizing a factory model, attend in-flight status meetings, engage with complex use cases, participate in intake reviews, and ensure successful delivery of AI solutions built on Copilot Studio.
  • Ensure Solution Excellence: Deliver solutions with high performance, security, scalability, maintainability, repeatability, reusability, and reliability upon deployment; gather customer and partner insights and maintain high CSAT.
  • Business Impact: Usage Growth for Cloud & Support; develop opportunities to drive Customer Success by communicating Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Copilot Studio value; resolve blockers to go-live and deliver work per Factory best practices; architect Copilot Studio Agent Solutions and lead POCs/MVPs.
  • Technical Leadership: Advocate for Customers, resolve blockers, and maintain a self-learning mindset; stay updated on market trends and educate customers about Copilot Studio capabilities; accelerate customer outcomes by coordinating with field teams and feeding back for improvement.
  • Business Process Analysis: Depict customer business processes, analyze and improve performance, articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences, and manage opportunities, pipeline, and stakeholder communications.
  • Collaboration & Field Engagement: Collaborate in virtual teams to drive M365 Copilot usage opportunities, document best practices and customer references.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
