About the role

Senior Technical Program Manager to drive growth, execution, and operational excellence of PLx within Microsoft Specialized Clouds, partnering with engineering, operations, and customers to deliver mission-critical cloud capabilities for government and regulated workloads.

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of strategic PLx initiatives from planning through delivery.
  • Improve operational efficiency through process definition, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts spanning engineering, operations, security, compliance, finance, and business teams.
  • Support executive and customer engagements by developing briefing materials, tracking commitments, and driving follow-through on actions.
  • Develop and maintain business rhythms, operational reviews, status reporting, and leadership communications.
  • Identify trends across customer engagements and operational data to inform investment decisions, roadmap priorities, and service improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
  • Active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements pre-offer and post-hire
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check required upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
