About the role

Lead a Process Management team responsible for end-to-end process performance, program strategy, governance, portfolio execution, and continuous improvement within Microsoft Operations’ Enterprise Direct Operations. Drive process excellence, AI/automation, and changes across Quote-to-Cash and related functions in a complex, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a Process Management team, providing end-to-end leadership for process performance, program strategy, governance, portfolio execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner across engineering, operations, finance, field, and other stakeholders to establish rhythms of business, align resources, strengthen accountability, and ensure change adoption.
  • Use customer feedback, benchmarking, KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and cost-benefit analysis to improve efficiency, quality, compliance, customer experience, and business value.
  • Champion continuous improvement, AI, automation, and proven methodologies while building team capability and delivering results.
  • Recruit, develop and support the careers of team members; model leadership principles and foster an open, inclusive environment.
  • Contribute to strategic direction of the organization and shape next-generation experiences for customers.
  • Lead an Operations team in Microsoft Business Operations and drive transformation and success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND work experience in program management, process management, process improvement OR equivalent experience.
  • Management experience (e.g. people, project, process, vendor, change).
  • People management experience (preferred).
  • Demonstrated excellence in thought leadership, decision-making, influence and process execution management (preferred).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with large data sets and relational databases (preferred).
  • Track record of delivering complex global solutions (preferred).
  • Experience with BPM, Six Sigma, Lean, Agile and/or Scrum in modeling as-is and to-be processes (preferred).
  • Strong process and project management skills (preferred).
  • Industry experience in Technology, Cloud and/or Supply Chain; Compliance/controls a plus (preferred).
  • Experience in customer service in a large matrixed multinational company (preferred).
  • Experience with Microsoft licensing concepts, contracts, quotes and invoices (preferred).
  • Experience in complex, global programs designing and implementing new processes, systems and organizations (preferred).
