About the role

Role focused on making Conduct dramatically more productive through AI by identifying high-leverage automation opportunities, building and deploying AI agents and internal tooling, and driving adoption across GTM, finance, ops, and engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with functional leads across GTM, product, finance, and ops to identify and prioritise the highest-impact automation opportunities
  • Build and deploy AI agents, automations, and internal tooling, using both code-first approaches and modern low-code platforms depending on what's right for the job
  • Work closely with the engineering team to understand what we're building technically, contribute to developer productivity workflows, and build automations that make engineers faster
  • Build and maintain internal knowledge systems that compound in value over time

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a technical operations, solutions engineering, internal tools, or technical product role
  • Genuinely technical—comfortable with code-first approaches and can prototype real workflows
  • Hands-on with modern AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, Clay, Gumloop, or similar)
  • A sharp process thinker who can prioritise ruthlessly and design adoptions-ready solutions
  • High ownership, low ego with willingness to do hands-on work and present business cases to leadership
