About the role

Not a regular engineering job; build and ship systems that define how enterprises operate in the age of AI. Own end-to-end product lifecycle from inception to shipped product, with emphasis on shipping fast while maintaining quality and engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Everything from inception to shipped product. You'll own the full lifecycle: requirements gathering, research, conceptualisation, experimentation, implementation, and iteration.

Qualifications

  • Experience driving customer-facing products, ability to speak to customers and shape product direction
  • Strong engineering fundamentals with a track record of shipping agentic systems or equivalent projects
  • Ability to operate across the stack (deep backend, frontend, or full-stack) as needed
  • Strong product instincts and focus on solving customer problems
  • Obsessed with how AI systems behave, fail, and improve
  • Diversity-minded and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
