About the role

Chief of Staff role supporting the founder and president, tackling cross-functional, high-impact problems to ensure the company runs smoothly and wins.

Responsibilities

  • Work extremely closely with, and act as a force multiplier to the founder and president: taking on our hardest, most complex, most interdisciplinary problems… to make sure the company runs well and wins!!
  • Shadow the founder to understand how the company works, join exec team meetings, external pitches, interviews, product workshops – travel to visit partners and customers, and go very very deep on the most important problems.
  • Solve your first problem by diving into operational or product process improvements, designing new product features, creating new business lines, etc.
  • Continue solving problems across the business, potentially focusing on a specific area over time or helping launch a new business line, or eventually leaving to start another company if the time is right.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience doing hard things across fields such as consulting, banking, engineering, product, operating, founding a company, or similar.
