About the role

FP&A-focused professional services role delivering ERP/EPM implementation and customer value realization for Abacum’s AI-native FP&A platform. Involves project delivery, onboarding, and collaboration with product/engineering to enhance features.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of implementation projects, driving customers to success and value realization on the platform.
  • Follow project plans, respecting deadlines, and communicating proactively about progress and risks.
  • Craft best-in-class financial models to optimize and enhance clients' existing processes.
  • Onboard, train, and support clients, transforming them into Abacum experts.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to brainstorm and develop innovations in our features.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing a financial planning/EPM platform
  • Ability to explain financial and technical concepts clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, consolidation)
  • Proficiency with Excel and ability to build financial models
  • Experience with SaaS project tools and Agile/hybrid methodologies
  • Strong client-facing communication, comfortable presenting to and influencing senior finance stakeholders
  • Formal Project Management Qualifications are a plus, not a requirement
