About the role

Senior leader responsible for strategy, implementation, and optimization of core finance systems (initially NetSuite) with expansion to Procure-to-Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report processes in a fast-growing startup.

Responsibilities

  • Build & shape the Finance Systems function and define structure, roles, responsibilities, and growth paths.
  • Create scalable solutions for NetSuite and other finance systems, including configuration, data management, integrations, and reporting.
  • Implement best practices for system configuration, data integrity, user management, security, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage technical resources (internal or external) delivering NetSuite SuiteScript development, API integrations, and other technical requirements.
  • Foster a data-driven culture within Finance, enabling reporting, analysis, and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of leadership/management experience in finance systems projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • 7+ years of experience with core finance systems, including General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Order Management, and Procurement.
  • Significant hands-on NetSuite configuration, administration, and working knowledge of SuiteScript and integrations.
