About the role

Role focused on building reliable, measurable, and safe AI-powered agents that handle real business tasks. Forward-deployed within Marketing Engineering to growth pods, owning end-to-end solutions that leverage our agents platform, orchestration tools, and frontier models.

Responsibilities

  • Build agents that run real parts of the business and get better based on results
  • Work with our agents platform, orchestration tools, and frontier models
  • Make agents reliable, measurable, and safe for business use
  • Sit in Marketing Engineering and be forward-deployed to growth pods to own solutions end-to-end
  • Possibly be a forward-deployed builder, apply AI engineer who has taken agents beyond demos, or a full-stack engineer curious about growth

Qualifications

  • Python, SQL, LLM APIs and agent orchestration
  • Shipped production systems that others relied on, starting from a vague problem
  • Built with LLMs beyond a demo and know how to evaluate them and where they fail
  • You measure whether what you built worked
