About the role

Data Scientist focused on Product Analytics within ElevenLabs Growth Data team. Owns analysis of how users discover, adopt, and stick with ElevenLabs products; partners with Product, Growth, and the central Metrics layer to define metrics, run experiments, and inform product decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own product health metrics: activation, feature adoption, retention and engagement across ElevenCreative, ElevenAgents and ElevenAPI.
  • Design, analyse and communicate the results of product experiments (A/B tests, feature launches, onboarding changes).
  • Partner with Analytics Engineering on the certified product KPI layer in dbt, and with Product on turning ambiguous questions into trusted analysis.
  • Work alongside fellow Growth data scientists on marketing- and revenue-adjacent questions that touch the product funnel.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a data scientist embedded with a product or growth team, ideally at a product-led company.
  • Strong SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in experimentation (A/B testing) and product analytics.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous product questions into clear, reusable analysis and defensible metrics.
  • Comfort working directly with Product and Growth stakeholders, and pushing back on ill-defined asks.
  • Structured thinker who can move fast without sacrificing rigour.
