About the role

Video Content Creator for Employer Branding and Internal Communications. Owns end-to-end video content creation from concept to final cut, including photography logistics, equipment maintenance, and collaboration across teams to showcase company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Create video and photo content for Employer Branding and Internal Communications initiatives.
  • Own the entire video content creation process from idea generation to post-production. Be the one who thinks of ideas, films the content and produces the final outcome.
  • Manage logistics for photoshoots and execute photography tasks.
  • Maintain video production equipment and manage digital files and assets.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization.
  • Brainstorm ideas, capture moments of our daily lives and create content that showcases our company culture.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in video production or a related field.
  • Proficiency in high-definition camera equipment, shot composition, and lighting fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of video production best practices, tools, and software.
  • Experience in creating scripts & content ideas from scratch.
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in both Lithuanian and English.
  • Experience with AI video generation tools.
  • Experience in creating short form videos and reels for Instagram and YouTube.
