About the role

Solution Engineer Student Worker internship focusing on guiding customers toward technical decisions, addressing customer digital transformation, and coordinating technical resources to achieve solution implementations. On-site in Zürich, Switzerland, 60% paid internship for 6 months (Feb 2027 – Aug 2027).

Responsibilities

  • Engage with and guide customers toward technical decisions to purchase and use Microsoft technology.
  • Leverage sales strategy to address customer digital transformation and align technology to customer business needs.
  • Understand customer needs, collect customer feedback, and provide strategic input to customers.
  • Act as an orchestration point for technical resources and work to resolve blockers to achieve solution implementations.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and must be in the final year of study
  • Must be available to do an internship in February 2027 until August 2027
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Switzerland
  • Fluency in English and German
