About the role

Role focused on customer-facing engagements to design, present, and enable adoption of Microsoft Cloud and AI solutions. Works with customers, partners, and internal teams to remove blockers, deliver demonstrations, pilots, and proofs of concept, and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Engages with customer technical decision makers and other resources to understand context and drive next steps.
  • Collaborates across Microsoft, partners, and support teams to address customer needs and accelerate adoption of Microsoft Cloud and AI solutions.
  • Contributes to demonstrations, design sessions, pilots, and proofs of concept; helps customers define success metrics, adoption plans, and business outcomes.
  • Supports pilots and proof of concept development for technical architectures.
  • Helps build aligned customer timelines tied to technology outcomes and customer value.
  • Leverages readiness materials to expand domain knowledge and communicates with customers, partners, and senior colleagues to promote skilling and readiness programs.
  • Participates in the Microsoft tech community and ensures customer teams leverage available skilling programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field OR Relevant certifications from Microsoft or competitive platforms of technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales experience OR 2+ years experience in technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales OR equivalent experience.
