About the role

Senior Software Engineer responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable, secure, and intelligent applications powering Microsoft’s Commercial Sales Experiences (CSX) with AI-powered experiences, leveraging AI Agents, Copilots, Dynamics 365, Azure, React, TypeScript, and cloud-native technologies.

Responsibilities

  • AI Agents and Copilot Experiences - Design and develop AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and Copilot experiences; integrate LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and AI services into enterprise applications; drive adoption of modern AI engineering practices across the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12+ years of professional software engineering experience developing and shipping commercial software.
  • Good programming experience with one or more languages including C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or equivalent.
  • Experience building modern web applications and distributed systems.
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and cloud services.
  • Knowledge of software engineering fundamentals including object-oriented design, testing, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
