About the role

Cloud & AI Solution Specialist for the automotive and transportation industry, leading Azure-centered solution sales to enable AI, data utilization, and cloud-driven business transformation. Partners with Microsoft teams to drive large-scale DX initiatives for automotive/transportation leaders (e.g., Toyota, Honda, Nissan, JR East, Yamato).

Responsibilities

  • 顧客との信頼関係構築と課題発見: 大手自動車・運輸業界企業との長期的関係構築、経営層・IT部門との対話を通じた課題・成長機会の特定、AI・データ・クラウドを活用した提案、インフラモダナイゼーション提案、データ分析基盤・AIプラットフォーム活用支援、AI Agent・生成AIを活用した業務改革提案、ロードマップ策定

Qualifications

  • IT、クラウド、ソフトウェア、通信、SIer、またはコンサルティング業界における法人営業・ソリューション営業・アカウント営業・事業開発の経験（目安：6年以上）
  • 四半期または年間の営業目標を継続的に達成した実績
  • エンタープライズ企業のお客様との提案活動や関係構築の経験
  • 顧客・パートナー・社内関係者など複数のステークホルダーを巻き込み案件を推進した経験
  • お客様の経営課題や事業課題を理解し、テクノロジーを活用した解決策を提案した経験
