About the role

The Americas Scaling AI Solution Engineering team helps design, validate, and productionize secure, scalable AI solutions on Microsoft Azure for high-potential customers, translating AI requirements into executable Azure plans and accelerating time to production and Azure consumption.

Responsibilities

  • Build Strategy: Capture customer compete knowledge, contribute to strategy development, tailor Microsoft value messaging, monitor action plans, voice of the customer to product teams. Scale Customer Engagements: Engage with decision makers, showcase Microsoft solutions, drive customer buy-in, leverage programs and partners, build credibility, remediate blockers, ensure engagement quality. Scale Through Partners: Engage in partner sell-with, manage relationships with pre-sale teams and partners, identify top go-to partners. Solution Design and Proof: Customize demonstrations, conduct POC sessions with partners, present architecture patterns, drive cross-workload support. Technical Leadership: Mentor on technology area, participate in executive briefing centers, conduct trainings, expand domain knowledge and readiness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field AND 8+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience (preferred).
  • 4+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
  • Certification in relevant (Microsoft or industry) technologies or disciplines (e.g., Microsoft Office 365; Power BI; Azure Administrator, Architecture, and Development exams; Cloud Platform Technologies; Information Security; Architecture).
