About the role

Senior Product Manager at Microsoft Commercial Sales Experiences (CSX) Engineering Team, focused on AI-powered experiences to enable sales teams with measurable improvements in product and tool functionality, roadmap and vision articulation, and data-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision and strategy, feature product roadmap and drive executive leadership alignment on direction and roadmap, set success metrics that inform the success of AI efforts, and partner across the organization to deliver results.
  • Focus on building effective and scalable features and tools to drive optimal experiences that embed an AI workflow.
  • Evangelizes complex programs to stakeholders, partners, and customers to gain buy in. Leverages data and performance metrics (e.g., OKRs and KPIs) to demonstrate the value of the program and show business impact through storytelling and using scorecards and realtime dashboards.
  • Defines and tracks the success criteria (e.g., ROI, SLAs, OKRs and KPIs) and performance metrics (quality, adoption, usage, impact, effectiveness) for the program, and identifies data for data-driven decisions.
  • Drives prioritization and decision making for leaders across the organization by creating clarity in ambiguous situations. Partners with leadership to develop and execute program planning processes and planning integration.
  • Collect and synthesize seller feedback, analyze metrics to maintain operating standards and refine content signals capabilities.
  • Educate and drive adoption of new AI experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
