About the role

Lead Brand Designer responsible for shaping and evolving Conduct’s visual identity across all formats and channels, from website and conferences to billboards and social/media, ensuring a cutting-edge, consistent brand that complements the AI operating system platform.

Responsibilities

  • Evolve and steward Conduct’s visual identity across every format, building on the recent rebrand and maintaining consistency through templates and an interactive brand book
  • Partner with founders, marketing, and engineers on go-to-market creative, turning complex technology into clear, compelling visual stories
  • Build scalable systems for product storytelling in imagery and motion
  • Design hands-on across website, social media, billboards, booths, and customer conference environments
  • Lead creative direction of photo, video, and 3D production, including customer testimonial videos
  • Brief and direct agencies, printers, and freelancers as needed
  • Work with the broader marketing and comms team and collaborate with events, product marketing, employer brand, and partnerships
  • Stay close to go-to-market to spot creative opportunities and contribute ideas proactively
  • Work closely with the product designer to ensure brand and product feel aligned
  • Keep the brand cutting edge with fresh ideas and thoughtful use of AI in creative workflows

Qualifications

  • A portfolio that shows exceptional taste, range, and a strong point of view
  • Experience building brand identity and design systems
  • Experience leading integrated design across digital, motion, print, and events
  • Comfort designing hands-on at speed in a fast-growing startup with high standards
  • Strong design fundamentals: typography, layout, composition and hierarchy
  • Thoughtful creative process with ability to explore directions, welcome feedback, and clearly explain decisions
  • Appetite for being in the office every day, close to the team and work
